- Personalized and accessible care: DPC patients receive more individualized attention because your provider has a smaller patient panel, leading to longer and more comprehensive appointments. You can also communicate directly with your doctor through various channels like text, email or call for timely responses. Virtual (telehealth) and phone visits can add convenience to your already busy schedule.
- Lower and predictable costs: A single membership fee covers a wide range of primary care services, eliminating unexpected costs like copays and deductibles for those visits. This provides a more affordable and transparent financial approach to primary care.

We do not accept insurance, but you are able to pay your membership fees with HSA/FSA as this service is eligible. You pay a monthly fee for primary care to receive care based on your needs, eliminating the need to try to please insurance companies or being worried about the bottom line. You pay a monthly fee for primary care to receive care based on your needs, eliminating the need to try to please insurance companies or being worried about the bottom line. Longer appointment times can allow us to better evaluate your needs with increased access to care. We prefer to be concerned with our patients. As a member, you will never be charged co-pays for your visits whether routine or acute, no matter the number of visits.
Direct Primary Care is not insurance, it does not replace insurance, and we recommend you carry health insurance to cover services such as hospitalizations, prescriptions, outside lab fees, imaging etc...

We offer a wide range of services at Trinity Direct Primary Care, including preventative care, acute visits that include necessary point of care testing such as urinalysis, strep, covid, flu, HbA1c, and pregnancy testing. Our goal is to provide comprehensive care to meet the unique needs of each patient.

We offer a wide range of services at Trinity Direct Primary Care, including preventative care, acute visits that include necessary point of care testing such as urinalysis, strep, covid, flu, HbA1c, and pregnancy testing. Our goal is to provide comprehensive care to meet the unique needs of each patient.

- Accepting ages 18 and up
- Longer appointment times based on your needs
- In person, telehealth and phone visits
- Wellness exams annually
- Preventative health care visits, quarterly or semi-annually which can reduce overall healthcare costs. "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!"
- Chronic disease management- such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, hyperlipidemia, asthma, COPD, depression, anxiety and others. Follow up appointments for management every 4-6 months based on your individual needs
- Home Visits, if clinically indicated (based on patient need)
- Appropriate referrals to specialties such as orthopedics, physical therapy, endocrinology, rheumatology, neurology and others when clinically appropriate
- Timely access to care, with same or next day appointments for acute issues like cold and flu, sore throat, urinary symptoms etc...(during regular days of operation)
- Routine labs drawn in office at highly discounted lab prices example: Complete Blood Count $8.00 (low-cost prices will vary depending on tests ordered) we will always discuss test necessity and pricing prior to ordering. You always have the choice to have orders sent to the lab of your choice if your insurance covers.
- Medically guided weight loss (additional cost, discounted for practice members)
- Never any copays, and no limit on appointments based on your needs
- Comprehensive patient portal where you can view your medical record, communicate easily with your provider through text, or portal message
No charge for the following procedures when necessary:
- Point of care testing: Strep, flu, covid, urinalysis, pregnancy, HbA1c
- Nebulizer treatments (in office if condition warrants)
- Simple skin biopsies *
- Lab draws in office *
- Small Lesion/Wart Removal
- Abscess & cyst drainage
- Foreign body removal (splinters, glass)
- Suturing of simple lacerations
- Ear Irrigation
- In office EKG with preliminary reading. Cardiologist review can be arranged for $34

Judith Pimental is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with extensive experience in primary care. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Maine at Fort Kent in 2013. Furthering her education, she earned a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a concentration in family medicine from Sp
Judith Pimental is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with extensive experience in primary care. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Maine at Fort Kent in 2013. Furthering her education, she earned a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a concentration in family medicine from Spring Arbor University in Michigan in 2019. Ms. Pimental is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), demonstrating her knowledge and expertise in providing comprehensive care for individuals across the lifespan. In addition to her FNP certification, she holds an additional certification in weight management.
Throughout her career, Ms. Pimental has held various nursing roles, including as an RN in long-term care at the veteran's home in Caribou, where she was later promoted to residential care director. She has also worked as an opioid care nurse. Her experience has led her to practice in various locations, including Northern Light Walk-In Care in Presque Isle and Caribou, and in primary care in Fort Fairfield. Known for her patient-centered approach, she is dedicated to developing strong relationships with patients and collaborating with them to achieve their optimal health goals.
