These values include taking the time needed to fully evaluate your health issues and get to know you as a patient. Direct primary care fosters real connection between you and your provider.

We do not accept insurance, but you are able to pay your membership fees with HSA/FSA as this service is eligible. You pay a monthly fee for primary care to receive care based on your needs, eliminating the need to try to please insurance companies or being worried about the bottom line. You pay a monthly fee for primary care to receive care based on your needs, eliminating the need to try to please insurance companies or being worried about the bottom line. Longer appointment times can allow us to better evaluate your needs with increased access to care. We prefer to be concerned with our patients. As a member, you will never be charged co-pays for your visits whether routine or acute, no matter the number of visits.
Direct Primary Care is not insurance, it does not replace insurance, and we recommend you carry health insurance to cover services such as hospitalizations, prescriptions, outside lab fees, imaging etc...

We offer a wide range of services at Trinity Direct Primary Care, including preventative care, acute visits that include necessary point of care testing such as urinalysis, strep, covid, flu, HbA1c, and pregnancy testing. Our goal is to provide comprehensive care to meet the unique needs of each patient.

Judith Pimental is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with extensive experience in primary care. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Maine at Fort Kent in 2013. Furthering her education, she earned a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a concentration in family medicine from Sp
Judith Pimental is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with extensive experience in primary care. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Maine at Fort Kent in 2013. Furthering her education, she earned a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a concentration in family medicine from Spring Arbor University in Michigan in 2019. Ms. Pimental is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), demonstrating her knowledge and expertise in providing comprehensive care for individuals across the lifespan. In addition to her FNP certification, she holds an additional certification in weight management.
Throughout her career, Ms. Pimental has held various nursing roles, including as an RN in long-term care at the veteran's home in Caribou, where she was later promoted to residential care director. She has also worked as an opioid care nurse. Her experience has led her to practice in various locations, including Northern Light Walk-In Care in Presque Isle and Caribou, and in primary care in Fort Fairfield. Known for her patient-centered approach, she is dedicated to developing strong relationships with patients and collaborating with them to achieve their optimal health goals.
